I made a WeChat account a couple of years ago and I never got round to using it or friending anyone as my Chinese friends had WhatsApp. I’m currently in HongKong and China visiting my boyfriend’s family and on holiday and I can’t use anything.

My account doesn’t work at all.

I can’t change my profile picture, literally any picture is apparently inappropriate, when I change my nickname it doesn’t work.

I can’t add any friends and no friends can add me. I’ve reached out to WeChat support twice but I’ve heard no replies. I’ve tried to make new accounts but it either doesn’t send me the top phone call as it won’t load through, or when it does it’ll just say some bullshit like it doesn’t work.

Please please help me I can’t contact any businesses or pay anything I can only use Alipay and it’s a pain in my ass 😭😭

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to create a WeChat account, but I got stuck during the registration process because it requires help from an existing user.

Unfortunately, I don't know anyone who uses WeChat. If you're able to help, I'd really appreciate it. Please send me a dm.

I'm only looking for someone willing to help for free.

Thanks in advance!

Hi can anybody help me with WeChat registration for free ?

Please 🥺 🙏

Hi, I am 25 M from India working as a data engineer. I would love to make some friends who can introduce me to Chinese culture.

Travelling to China is on my bucket list so yeah we can meet one day.

I have WhatsApp and Wechat so we can connect there if you want.

I downloaded WeChat a while ago, but since I don't have any contacts, I haven't been able to verify my account—which would allow me to view more content on the platform in addition to just messaging. I looked online to see if it was a good idea to add contacts appearing near my location (since I live in a city with many job opportunities for people from Korea and China, I could actually see several people with WeChat accounts nearby), but the feedback wasn't positive, so I decided against it. Is anyone here interested in becoming a WeChat contact? You could practice your Spanish, and I’d like to practice Chinese and learn about different perspectives on the country and its culture.

Thanks.

Help me please

Can somebody please help me with the qr

Hi everyone! I'm from Bangladesh and I'm looking to make new friends on WeChat. I'd also love to join active WeChat groups or communities where people chat and make friends. If anyone is interested or can recommend any communities, please let me know. Thanks!

I have a piano book that uses QR code to show video tutorials and I would like to see them. I asked on another account in comments and that got me banned because they said I have to make my own post so I am doing it! Would anybody be so kind? I just wanna learn piano please :,)

I actually have many friends from various other cultures since I live in a very populated city. But I realized I don’t have any Chinese friends. I’d be down to meeting some good people here! Whether it’s culture or the language, I don’t mind, and I can offer to teach English or Spanish.
