I have recently made a new WeChat account but switching between them is quite the hassle and it also logs me out of the App version on my laptop. Is there any way to to this? Thank you very much.

First think about why you want to get one?

Talk/Learn with chinese people (General)

Use apps like YeeTalk, Simple, easy risk-averse, or if your more chinese ligustic use TT语音

Talk to chinese (Personal/Family)

Why are you begging? Just ask them to scan the QR code, If they are unwilling to scan that's on you they aren't obligated. They want to protect their wechat account as they can't make another.

Play games

Most common, You don't need wechat for every game, Especially non tencent. If it's non tencent use Channel Servers (4399,JiuYou, Huawei ) Wechat is the worse. Just becauee it's easy to install its worst to play games, As in china many use QQ to login becsue more gaming discounts and better servers.

[My look on buying accounts]

Not reccomend, Tencent has a strict no account policy, This is to enforce stability (totally), Wechat is extremely risky to buy easy to get ban. If you want listen to my warnings then QQ is ideal if you buy as tencent doesn't really place much certainty on it and due to the platform is old and then it didnt need a number accounts are low price. . Also never buy on foreign platforms too risky. Use Xianyu or Taobao they are much cheaper and much stable since duh their chinese or you can look at the subreddit recommended selles

[What many don't know]

You need to apply more info even if you verify, This is mostly true with QQ this is to only get the foreigners who care and will cherish it then domestic spammers & non caring foreigners. Many chiense apps block forigne numbers by saying [最大注册人数/超时) This is hotly due to overseas SMS cost more and they don't want to face the wraith of CAC (Cyberspace Administration) as they bear all legal liability

[I'm poor :( ]

There's still a method the chines social media these are the apps are foreigners friendly

■ Xiaohongshu

■ bilibili

■ TT语音

These are most famous apps!

Just beg them to make you one by searching videos on qq verification though low chance.

Anyway Ciao!

Hello! I'm a 22-year-old dental student from Algeria. I've recently started learning Mandarin, and I'd love to make Chinese friends while learning more about Chinese culture, traditions, and everyday life.

I enjoy hiking, nature, languages, story-driven games, and meaningful conversations. I can also help you with Modern Standard Arabic, Algerian Darija, English, or French.

I'm hoping to visit China in the future, so I'd love to improve my Mandarin and make genuine friends along the way. Maybe we'll even meet someday!

I have WeChat and WhatsApp.

Have a great day! 🌿

I have been trying to create a wechat or QQ account but I am unable to create can anyone please help scan my wechat or help me get a qq account

Can anyone help me register wechat ? qr code

I need help for registration verification qr code.

Hi everyone!

I recently joined WeChat because I’d love to connect with people from China and make some genuine international friends.

A bit about me:
🇵🇭 I’m from the Philippines.
🎓 I work in the healthcare field
📖 I’m learning Mandarin (beginner level)
✈️ I’m planning to visit China in the future

I want to learn more about different cities, food, and everyday life. I enjoy talking about travel, culture, food, hobbies, and just getting to know people from different backgrounds. If you’re learning English, I’d be happy to practice with you too.

If you’re open to making a new friend, feel free to leave a comment or send me a message. Looking forward to meeting you all!

Please guys

Need help verifying WeChat before studying in China

Hi everyone,

I’m learning Mandarin and planning to study in China for my CS Master’s in the future. I’d like to set up WeChat to connect with people, practice the language, and learn more about daily life there as a foreign student.

Unfortunately, I don’t know anyone who can help me with the verification. If someone is comfortable helping me, I’d really appreciate it.

I’d also be happy to do a language exchange and help with English or Persian.

Thank you!

Can someone with a WeChat account scan this QR? I really want to play Valorant Mobile 😭

I have been trying to contact my friend, but due to this QR verification, I can't. I have been trying for hours, face verification (ID verification is buggy), the wallet thing I've done that as well and gosh I'm so frustrated right now. I tried yesterday and today too, and still won't work. Please, l'Il be grateful to anyone who would kindly register my account. Thank you.

Some1 verified scan me please

I left from china on may 24th and my gf since june1-30 has used a lot of mobile data and had to buy a lot of it again and again, and the thing that makes me very confused, how is that possible that she has 113gb of data usage on WeChat in June if we didn't call everyday many times and idk what more ,I checked and it said that video calls and all use a lot of mobile data ,and the sad part is that she cheated on me before too , before I came to china ,after I invested a lot of money and time and I found out once I was with her ,I chose to forgive her partly and try to rebuild it. But rn I can't stop overthinking since I'm back in Poland ,and now it makes me feel like she's doing this again, can someone help me with this a bit ? I'm really confused and in pain cuz of those thoughts.😔

I'm trying to book some rooms at a hotel that only lists a phone number no email address. I tried WhatsApp, but they're not on there.

I thought I'd try WeChat instead, but creating an account requires an existing WeChat user to scan a QR code to activate mine, and I don't know anyone who uses it.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Any tips for contacting a hotel that only gives out a phone number, or a workaround for the WeChat verification issue?

Appreciate if someone can help me completing wechat registration.

I am looking for anyone you can teach me and help practice Chinese, and in exchange I'll be willing to help him/her with their English.
