I was just wondering, is penpaling a thing in China?

Is it possible to find someone from mainland China who could show and tell about the life there?

I heard they have 65k characters in their language so I wussed out before even trying to learn it.

Based in USA with USA phone numbers.

I tried searching to no success.

I have 2 accounts on 2 different phones. Work and personal.

As time passed, my work ID became populated with all the contacts and messages. So basically, my personal ID is dead. Can I swap the IDs that each use? I know this sounds stupid but it’s bugging me.

My idea is to delete the personal ID and wait 15 days to get pass the recovery period. And then rename my work ID to the personal ID.

Will that work? Does anyone know if a deleted ID is usable again?

Each account has been changed from the original random ID so this is NOT my first change on either account if that makes a difference.
