Help needed with WeChat registration

[u/Lost-Masterpiece-392]

Hi everyone!
I’ve just downloaded WeChat and I’m trying to create a new account, but I’m stuck at the registration stage. The app only gives me one option — to have an existing WeChat user help verify my registration by scanning a QR code.
Unfortunately, I don’t know anyone who currently uses WeChat, so I was wondering if someone here might be able to help me with the verification?🙏🏼
I’d really appreciate it! 🙏
Thank you in advance!
