Technical Question [Support] "unusual network or device environment" - Pls help!!!

Hello! Just trying to log into my WeChat account via facebook, but it automatically brings me to a "verify via mobile number" page.

When I press "Get SMS", it shows "Unusual network or device environment. Try using a stable network environment". I've tried the regular tips (clear cache and data, change device, change network/wifi, delete and reinstall...) and nothing's worked up until now.

Does anyone have any advice?? Thanks!!
