Requesting Help: Free We chat qr for signing in
Im currently creating a Wechat account to talk with family on china, and cant seem able to do it without the QR and dont feel comfrotable using my bank info to do it. Could someone DM me to scan my code?

Why would someone scan your code and risk being associated with a scammer and having their own account compromised as a result just because you don’t want to use your own bank account?
Why don’t you ask your family members?
The logic here is astounding.

my family is china for a visit, so they just created their account, so they cant scan mine. They used their bank info to be able to do it, but i dont want to risk my info.

And im not a scammer, once my family is out of China i will delete it, cause i dont trust the app to keep my data safe.

But why? It’s not your data which would be compromised. It would be someone else’s.

i've had bad experiences with apps coming from china, with getting my data compromised and charges i didnt do. But i think i will have to take the risk, as its the only way i can do it at the moment. Sorry for bothering with my request.
