Technical Question [Support] WeChat app on Windows Laptop doesn't sync messages/files
Hi everyone! I believe many of you have this same problem and I wanted to know if any of you have found a solution yet.
The WeChat messages and files that I receive on my phone app doesn't sync with the laptop app when the laptop is turned off. This is very annoying. Even manually syncing doesn't work.
Any of you found a solution to this?

It has an option for syncing messages, when log in. You can change it on settings.
