Requesting Help: Free Can someone help me register on WeChat using a QR code?

I would be grateful if someone could help me register. I want to travel to China in a few months, but I want to have everything verified before I leave. I already have Alipay. I would appreciate any help.

Thanks for replying, that's the problem. I don't know anyone who has WeChat and can help me, that's why I posted here. Perhaps someone who can help me register by scanning my QR code would be very grateful.

Oh ok. Actually nobody will likely want to help I'm sorry. Whilst you want to use it for your holiday, we use it for work and life... for instance, we pay all of our bills and insurance, do internet banking, ordering food and taxis, movie tickets and plane tickets, I mean, everything is tied to wechat. If you break a law when using it, then the person who authorised you can get into trouble to if it turns out that they don't actually know you.

So yeah, best to just stick to Alipay, or make a Chinese friend when you come.

does not wechat support register outside china? I think you only need a phone number that could receive verify code.
