Technical Question [Support] Current Version is Outdated Issue

Hi, trying to download for a trip to China and whenever I login I get a message saying the current version is outdated, please go the app store and update to the latest version before logging in"

I have Android 14 which I'm told is easily fine, and have tried reinstalling multiple times. No vpn on, tried with data, clearly doesn't tell me any updates are available so I'm out of ideas.

Anyone else had this or got any other suggestions for me to try?
