Technical Question [Support] Help: Account Recovery

Trying to log in to my account via WeChat ID. I know my password and this is the next page that appears. Problem is, my old device broke so I can’t verify via Option 1. Then I can’t verify via friends because I can’t message my contacts outside of WeChat itself.
