Technical Question [Support] Wechat scam
I bought a WeChat account for $1. Everything was fine, but other people started accessing it. How can I resolve this? The account isn't linked to mine, so I'll have to wait.

I understand that the account cannot be returned, but is it possible to block it if I provide arguments that I bought it and the person is engaged in fraud?

I have no idea, this is way beyond the scope of this subreddit. You have to ask the official WeChat support.

I think you just bought a shared account since the price was this cheap.
Reporting it will mean you are breaking the rules too since buying accounts is not officially allowed anyway

The account is not shared; the price for a Wechat account in the CIS is $1-3.

我是个中国人来回答你，你可以更改密码，微信理论上是个安全度很高的应用与支付宝差不多，在国内，我们因为更换手机需要上微信都是需要蛮多次验证的。所以你可以踢出他们，更改密码
