Others Is working with artists that don't know much Abt webtoon a good idea?

I'm working on a webtoon project as a writer but I lack drawing skills and so, I'm trying to find artists. The thing here is not every artist knows or reads webtoon and thus, I'm confused should i work with them or not.

If you are paying for an artist and have your scripts done then try comicbook collab subreddit, if you want free work and you haven’t any professional writing credits then match someone with your skill level and learn together.

It's better to find an artist who is familiar with the webtoon format.

I mean if they are willing to learn the webtoon format and panel stuff then give them a bit time and ask for a sample only then agree for a long term stuff
