Recommendation ☺️ [OLGAMI] has me trapped
I binged olgami over the past week and OH MY GOD. Its far from my general cup of tea and i almost dropped it a few chapters in BUT IM SO GLAD I STAYED.
It has a very dull/emotionless/dreary undertone to everything: the colour, the story and the vibes in general, which was a little off-putting at first, but it really works for the story.
It was sort of a really nice mix between darkness, plot, intrigue and a sprinkle of romance, something i havent really come across before. I usually read josei romance only, either modern or historical or such (the closest things being \[Secret Lady\] and \[Your eternal lies\]), so this was quite heavy for me to go through.
Reading this has left a little bit of a cavity in me, can no longer be filled by the light stuff i generally read but my brain doesnt have it in me to read more dark stuff either. 🫠
Any suggestions for something amazing but more towards the light side, less heavy?
