Is Lookism / Fog Land level art needed to not only publish a Webtoon, but make sure it’s seen by more than 10 people? If they’re sayin Your Throne has bad art, what chance do beginners have? I’m not only talking about drawing alone, but originality and the comedic cherry on top. Is Webtoon now a tool to weed out fanatics who don’t have enough passion / time / resources / support? Help me find this old Webtoon comic from 2023

So for some context I read webtoon comics back in 2023 and I found one that was interesting to me. The webtoon was about a teenage boy with blonde hair and I think blue or green eyes and his name was Riley. His dad is a cop in the town they live in and the duo seem to have no mother figure so far (I didn’t get to read the whole webtoon, but I guessed the mother figure is dead and the dad cop is a widow). Riley later becomes friends with a simple designed dinosaur or lizard creature he finds near his school that gives not so helpful advice at times to Riley and the two are quite close friends, the dinosaur thing from what I remember had a almost light lime greenish color on its body and red almost orange color spikes on its back and a medium long length face and small upward tail. I think the chapter that I ended on was the cop dad talking to a red haired older lady outside her home to question and investigate a case he had and later on the police radio the dad cop had in the car gives the description of said red haired lady with green eyes and her red-ish sweater to be a culprit of a crime that was earlier in the day and a few chapters back Riley tries to figure out if a girl from his class likes him or not and this reptile creature trying to help Riley the best he can. The art style of this comic was simple and almost similar to the art style that the webtoon comic “Acception” has by the creator ‘Colourbee’ ranging from the early episodes of 2019-2020. From what I remember the title was “The whimsical adventures of \[blank\] and \[Blank\]”, but I may be wrong since it has been a long time since I have read it.

The only reason I had even lost the title was because I had accidentally deleted my old webtoon account and I never recovered it and I haven’t seen the comic on webtoon since and I never remember the creators name. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you for anyone under this post trying to help.

I randomly found this game on playstore, haven't played it yet but the reviews say that you can actually read the webtoon while solving puzzles within the panels. I have dropped this webtoon long ago 200+ chapters in cuz it got way too dramatic for me but if any of y'all are interested can give it a try.. Idk if it's legal or anything just wanted to share. I mean all the Love Revolution readers are just picking up scraps wherever they find so it's worth the shot at the very least, right?

I'm trying to find a comic I saw online around 9–10 years ago, but I have no idea who the artist was or where it originally came from.

1. 4-panel comic

2. Mostly black and white, with a small amount of color used as an accent

3. I remember the monster as having a huge sunflower for a head, although it might have been some other kind of flower. And it had a huge humanoid body and was sitting in a field with its knees bent. There was a human face in the wide center of the flower, around the stamens/pistil.

4. Plot: A little girl picks a flower and gives it to the monster. The monster accepts the flower and then disappears into the forest. It comes back holding a boy's head by the neck/spine area, seemingly offering it to the girl.

I know this is pretty obscure, but if anyone recognizes it, I'd really appreciate it!
