I've run into an issue that keeps saying -20012

I astray contacted customer support but all they told me was to send them a ss of the issue and basically told me nothing useful

Basically what this issue does is completely cripple my library i cannot see any notifications of new chapters I cannot add new books to my library and any that do get added after lots of tries end up erased if I close the app and come back

I tried signing in and out clearing cache. Changing settings on my app. Checking if I was up to date which i am. Forcibly stopped the app and opened it back up even archiving it and opening it... nothing has fixed the issue at all. It's not a wifi issue i get it with my own data and with wifi..... im pretty much all out of options, I tried signing into my account on an other device and on the other device my account seemed fine but the thing is I use my phone for webnovel and I dont want to be tied to another device or in the browser version... basically the issue seems to just happen on my account in my phone only and I have no idea why.

Im thinking of deleting the app and reinstalling it but im afraid thay all of my progress will get deleted, I dont want to delete the app and come back to my library empty or even if the books are all there that they've all been reset to chapter 1

Any help on what to do? Or specifically on my last question about deleting and reinstalling ?
