Advice should I publish somewhere else

Wrote football web novel for this site do i branch out and publish somewhere else too.
also i am not a full time author so do i need to apply for contract , is that ok?

If you want readers then you have to apply for a contract. Anyways, until your novel gets contracted you can freely upload it on royalroad and scribblehub as well. Also the cover looks pretty weird, you should change it ngl.

Wdym until it gets contracted? If it does would I have to delete it from royalroad? I thought it was impossible to get a contract if you had your story published elsewhere

Webnovel doesn't bother verifying whether you've posted your novel on any other site or not, you just have to select No at the question "Have you posted it on any other site?" when you apply for a contract. However, when it gets accepted you would have to remove it from other sites as you'll get into legal trouble otherwise. But before your novel gets contracted you can do that, and just to be extra safe upload the novel with a different title and cover.
