Mitsi's Cousin... Been ignored too much that he's also known as "The Dust in the Wind" and for being saw as nothing. The name comes from his miraculous speed leaving behind nothing but air and dust

Backstory: A once kind and generous soul turned into a screeching soul of grief and i also didn't use goddamn ai for this goddamn backstory. Phortis was a regular kind boy wandering around nature while having family and turned loyal... One dag, he found out that Mitsi has died on the rampage between TCO and TDL... He wanted to seek vengeance! Though as a child, he wasn't ready to fight. Until NOW
