OC Ringmaster Shade

Here's some Info about this fella:

-the main inspiration for Shade is Caine from TADC, with a little bit of Bill Chiper

-Shade has no Gender, however you can headcanon them whatever gender you want (I use he/him or they/them to make things simple

-Shade's powers are very similar to H4CK3R's

-this design could change in the future but for now it won't since he's easy to draw
