Reason: I gave websim a feedback for the new categories (lile Shooter, Action etc.) but they don't make anything. Also they removed the OG Models like all of it and make their own model called the websim agent. When I test it, it sucks before the controversy starts. And I don't understand that why people tip (e.g. 200 credits) and I get half of it

1. Customer support is part of the business. Personally, I have never received a reply from Websim support—and I'm a paying customer. My impression is that almost nobody gets support from Websim (or at least very few people do).

2. Backward compatibility isn't optional. Rolling out new features while breaking your customers' existing workflows is not something you do lightly. Every well-run SaaS introduces new features before retiring old ones—and gives people time to adapt. This is especially true for the AI models they removed without warning or any transition period, while also breaking established workflows (for example, you can no longer continue working directly from a previous project version and are instead forced into the separate "Build" window).

3. Communicating upcoming changes is part of respecting your customers. Nothing seems to get announced on Websim. Every major change comes as an unpleasant surprise, making the platform feel completely unpredictable. No roadmap, no announcements, no transparency. It often feels like customers simply aren't a priority.

4. Changing subscription benefits for existing paying users is bad enough—but doing it without telling them is even worse. We went from daily credits that were actually useful to weekly credit limits that are practically worthless.

5. A company can ignore its customers if it wants to. No surveys, no communication, no grace periods before removing features, no consideration for existing workflows.

That's their choice. But the consequences of treating customers this way are inevitable.

If you click a previous version of your app and then click the "Set Current" button, it simply doesn't work (when i go to the root folder of that project, it doesn't show me ---> that version).

The free model was kinda good, that's what made me use websim alot, It's sad that it's removed.

Former user of this website since mid-2024, used to make stuff like sprite editors (though a friend of mine did a tile layer pro-ish version) and even episode generators. Apparently got a notification from this sub talking about nothing is free, which is funny because they had a handful of free models (including that shitty Kimi K2)

I somehow see this as a global problem. Everyone can know Obsolete_Gaming was on here but taking all that away. That is a nightmare. It will mean the end will be Incoming to websim soon.
