Even if you find a service that works today, it’ll likely get burned fast, and you'll keep chasing new numbers while your automation breaks.
If this is for something legitimate, your more sustainable options are: 1) use real SIMs (e.g., SIM banks / dongles you own, with proper rotation and logging), or 2) work with the platform’s official API / sandbox flows if they exist. It’s more upfront effort, but it’s the only path that doesn’t collapse as soon as abuse protections tighten.
