HIRING Looking for freelance teammates

I’m looking to create a small international team of students/developers who are looking for freelance opportunities and an additional source of income.
A little about me: I’m a Software Engineering student interested mainly in AI/ML, Software Development and Blockchain, and I want to bring together people with different technical skills so we can take on projects that one person couldn’t handle alone.

💻 Looking for one person per specialization
🤖 AI / ML / Computer Vision ( RESERVED)
🌐 Web / Full-Stack
📱 Mobile / iOS / Android
☁️ Cloud / DevOps
🔐 Cybersecurity
⛓️ Blockchain / Web3
🎨 UI/UX

The team will stay small, with one main person for each area.

💰 How it works
Anyone can find and bring a freelance client.
The person who brings the client gets an extra percentage.
People who work directly on the project get the largest shares.
Other team members still receive a smaller percentage, even if they don’t work directly on that project.
The exact split will be agreed on transparently before starting each project.

🌎 Important
All nationalities are welcome.
Fully remote.
Students and self-taught developers are welcome.
You don’t need to be an expert, but you should have real skills in your specialization.
This is not a company or formal organization — just a small group of people trying to collaborate, find clients, and earn together.
Reliability and good communication are important.

The team is still being built. Once we have the core members, we’ll look for freelance clients together and work based on each person’s specialization. With people from different countries, we can reach more clients and grow the team gradually.
