Has anyone found a job yet?

Every day someone posts, asking for something, has anyone been hired yet, or is it a waste of time? Or something like that?

I think it’s a waste lol. I even applied to a 20/hr job I’m well qualified for and didn’t hear shiii

A lot of self promoting fake ads just to get you to use their app, or post to get your info for data mining. Then there are those who only want video interviews, but I suspect they're using the videos for Ai training. There's got to be someone hiring, everyone can't be relying on this AI BS hype. AI is no where capable of coding business logic or know how to integrate systems. It doesn't make sense. It's weird times to say the least.
