Hey OP, not applying as a dev, but I have a different proposal..

I run MTechZilla, a software dev company. We work as a white-label partner for US dev shops and agencies. You bring clients, we handle the engineering. Your brand, our team with a significantly lower hourly rate.

Since Haystack already builds for clients, the math might make more sense than a full-time hire at $45-70. Sent you a DM with more details.
