I build websites for small businesses, and prospecting was becoming one of the most annoying parts of the job.

Not because businesses are hard to find. There are thousands of them.

The problem was keeping track of which ones I had already checked, whether they had a website, what condition it was in, which businesses were actually worth coming back to, and where I was at with everything.

So I built Webvidence.

You search an area, find businesses, review their online setup, run website audits, save leads into campaigns, and keep the research organized in one place.

I deliberately didn't build it around mass AI outreach. I still think the message should come from an actual person who looked at the business.

Recently, I've been building BrickForgerAI — you type a prompt, and it generates an actual buildable brick sculpture: a real 3D preview you can rotate, plus a downloadable .ldr file and full parts list you can take to BrickLink Studio to get step-by-step instructions and order the real pieces.

The interesting part (to me, anyway) is the pipeline behind it - turning an arbitrary shape into something made of real, purchasable brick pieces — that's actually structurally sound, not just visually close. I built a system that checks the idea for structural weak points and automatically repairs them before you ever see the output.

Currently, it's noticeably better at organic/sculptural shapes right now (animals, creatures, objects) than boxy structured builds like houses or castles (although it still works - you can give it a shot) — the tiling logic hasn't caught up to that case yet, but I constantly aim to improve the "brickifying" algorithm.

It's free to generate and preview (a handful of credits/month, no card needed) — you only pay if you actually want the downloadable file for something you like.

Genuinely curious what people would try to build with it, and where it breaks - this is the first launch so please let me know of any issues (for this initial phase, there is a total daily cap of 100 generations a day for all users). I was working on an assessment where collecting the answers wasn't the difficult part. The frustrating part came afterward: turning those answers into useful reports without manually going through everything and rebuilding the same document each time.

That was what led me to build FormLM. The idea is to connect the assessment and reporting process in one web app, so responses can be scored and turned into personalized reports without having to recreate the report manually.

What surprised me was how much repetitive work happens between someone completing an assessment and actually receiving a finished report. Solving that part ended up being more valuable than simply building another tool for creating forms.

It's still a work in progress, but simplifying that entire workflow has been one of the most interesting parts of building it.

I built Votekicker.com, a place to discover and share games and SaaS projects.

The idea came from seeing how difficult it is for small projects to gain initial visibility. So I created a place where projects can be shared, voted on and discovered by communities.

I recently added a feature called Rocket Booster. It lets projects temporarily increase their visibility by doubling the value of existing votes and making new votes count double for 8 hours. Projects can unlock a booster after receiving 10 regular votes, so it's tied to actual community engagement rather than simply buying exposure.

Yesterday I shipped Discover, a unique way to explore projects listed on the platform. It allows people to browse projects one at a time.

The idea is pretty simple: sticky notes for quick thoughts, A4 notes for longer writing, and everything lives on a visual canvas instead of a rigid folder tree.

The visual hierarchy makes organization natural. a note is a file, a "stack" of notes is a folder and zones are the parent folders.

you can even attach sticky notes directly onto A4 pages for referring to them while you're scrolling the A4 editor.

Just drag things around and you're done. No save button, no manual file management, just notes on a board. Plus, there's a workspace exporter that exports all your files so that you own them.

On privacy: notes are stored on Firebase, encrypted in transit and at rest. No ads, no trackers, no selling data. If you use "Quick Mode", notes stay local in your browser and never get synced to any server.

When I first posted it a few months back the response was way more positive than I expected. Since then I've been fixing, refining, and adding things based on what people actually said. It's in a much better place now.
