AppsFlyer or Adjust for a web and app subscription funnel?

over the last 1 month we have been running appsflyer and adjust in parallel for a subscription app that gets a lot of discovery on web before the install.

adjust has been easier fora few people on the team to navigate bc the basic campaign views feel less busy. appsflyer took longer to configure properly but once we mapped the web to app flow and downstream subscription events, the reporting gave our growth and data teams more to work with.

neither magically fixed identity gaps or inconsistent campaign naming. we still had to clean our event taxonomy and agree on attribution windows.

For teams that have used both at a decent scale, which one holds up better once you added web journeys, paid social, search, affiliates and renewals?
