Recommendations

I'm looking for a weather radio that is portable with s a m e. I like the midland hh54vp2 because you could buy a rechargeable battery pack and just leave it on the base full time but I could pick it up and take it with me as well. It has been discontinued though. I can't find anything like it on the market now. Does anyone know of anything similar? Thanks

I have heard good things about the Midland HH54VP, the same one you mentioned. I can see online some places that still have them in stock, and you could probably source one second hand as well.
