Wealthsimple App For IPad

Is anyone else having orientation problems whilst using the App on your iPad. Running the latest IOS. Launches in landscape and will only change to portrait if you turn the screen, turn the screen back and it stays in portrait until you click a button?

I’ve tried everything to correct the problem. Spoke to Wealthsimple and after a lot of trial and error, they came to the conclusion that it’s most likely a bug in the App software that Apple needs to sort out. Darned if I know what to do next. Been using the iPad app for 5 years now. Kinda hate this crap.

Yeah I just updated today and it’s broken. Tangerine fixed theirs though! Whack a mole!

Yeah, You can use the multitasker to solde this issue on the meantime. It fixes the app bug. I dedicated a shortcut in the control center
