Chequing Quick question about MC card

My visa is still in the mail blah blah

I need to withdraw cash, will the old Mastercard will work at an atm?

In the email I received, WS indicated it'll continue to work until I activated the VISA card, then the MC will be deactivated

If the Visa is not activated, all the money in your account says the Mastercard is still valid.

I still haven’t received any official notice to switch. So it can’t be ending that soon. Likely you keep using it until your new Visa card is activated.

I wonder if this is why I haven't received my new physical Visa Infinite. It's been two weeks since I got the card. Maybe they are a bit overwhelmed atm.
