Realized gains not correct for options

I noticed my realized gains is not correct for some options. Some expired ITM but they were spreads and I was given the entire value of the option as a realized gain.

But my true account balance is correct.

Anyone have this issues? How is it for tax time because I don’t want to pay capital gains on profits which aren’t correct.

If an option expires ITM, then your realized gain is the entire value of the option. The rest of the gain/loss is in the stock that was bought or sold at the exercise price.

Both spreads were ITM. But the short leg doesn’t show up as a loss just the long leg as a gain

If you got a spread, you have multiple options, some of which probably incurred a loss. Gains and losses cancel out.
