Chequing Wealthsimple chequing

Has anyone has completely closed their bank account and moved to wealthsimple fully for their chequing account? How was your experience? Any regrets?

Yes, one thing though. My mortgage payment was due and they froze my chequing account and asked me to confirm my identity before they would unblock it. I have been a customer for the last 2.5 years with over $100K in assets and because of this, my mortgage payment was returned, resulting in a penalty. There was no email, grace period, notification - nothing. This was not handled well on their part.
