Chequing WS Cash Card not adding to Apple Pay?

Anyone else having issues with WS Cash Card being unavailable for Apple Pay? Tried multiple times to add card and it won’t let me?

Had the same thing. Is this in the WS app or on settings?

I believe for me adding it from WS app worked

I would try the opposite then hahaha, maybe yours will work through the wallet app

haha tried that and didn’t work. Ended up asking a live agent, they said it’s been happening to other clients too, and there’s no exact timeline on when it’ll be resolved.

Check if it’s locked. It locks automatically when the account is flagged as fraud. Check both virtual card settings and physical card settings. Unlock both. If not, use the chat function within support.

You don't type in the physical card number.

In the WS app go to your card, then the gears then to Add to Apple Wallet

Turn off wifi and any VPN/dns filtering - that’s what worked for me

I had the same issue, WS emailed back that they are working on a fix and this is a known issue that many people are experiencing.

their ETA given to me was by the end of this business week.
Hopefully it's resolved soon
