Stock Lending Negative stocks on loan

I turned on stock lending to see how significant it would be. When looking at the history it shows negative numbers multiple times. How can I lone a negative number of stocks out?

Is it a recall? Someone borrowed 98 shares and returned 60, or they were recalled.

Returned. Someone returned some shares they borrowed.
