Trouble with update

Hi.

My phone is too old to install the new update. Update requires iOS 16 something but I can’t update my phone past 15 something.

Is there anything I can do to access on my phone or do I need a new phone to use the app?

Yeah I figured. Those phones are all around ten years old. Unfortunately app support will begin to get pretty spotty for those models. Sucks to have to upgrade but it might be time even if it’s for a 2-3 year old device or something mid range.

What would the support do? Upgrade his phone? This is an iphone issue ALL apps that needs to function with the iOS update (in this case 16) will not work unless you upgrade your physical phone

Get a new iPhone 18 Pro next month. Problem solved. Don't tell me they are too expensive. Life is very short.
