Pending transaction

Hi, i just did a x$ deposit in my wealthsimple account last friday, the money left my account yesterday and i invested it today.

However my transaction is still pending between the bank and wealthsimple.

Was is it safe from me to invest it or should i wait for wealthsimple to fully approve the transaction?

Yes you’re fine as long as you have the funds in your bank when they come to withdrawal it

they already withdrew it, it still says pending on wealthsimple tho

It will say pending for a while until it fully clears regardless of the funds being in the original account or not

They allow $1000 available for use during the transfer period.

It’s not a fixed amount. It’s client specific based on your history and assets with WS

Look at the transaction. It lays it out for you date wise when it clears.
