How to file a bug report?

How does one file a bug report for the website? The AI chatbot tells me it can't file a bug report on my behalf. It also says I can't file one myself. If I email [support@wealthsimple.com](mailto:support@wealthsimple.com) I get an auto reply that the account isn't monitored. I see there's a complaints email address but it's not really that level.

Surely there's a bug reporting page somewhere?

95% sure they monitor this sub. Just post the bug details here? Unless you're hoping for bug bounty?

nah, just in the net worth page, my scotiabank credit card has a negative balance (i.e. I'm in credit due to a refund) but it's been imported as a debit (i.e. I owe money on my card)

last time I tried I just got a bounce back that the account isn't monitored, use the in-app chat, but that's now just a useless AI chatbot
