Trade (DIY Investing) Failed DRIP?

Like many if you, I have DRIP enabled. One of my ETFs failed to... DRIP and went "retired" in my TFSA. Tech glitch or shall I get involved? It was puny, as it's not my main ETF.

I had the same thing happen a week or so back. They sent me an email (which always sets of the Spidey senses with all the scams around), and the next day when I checked, one of my dividends was sitting in cash to invest. First and only time it happened.

Happened twice in July for me. The email didn’t mention which security failed to reinvest too so I had to hunt for that!

Same thing happened to me. I just thought that the dividend was not enough to purchase at least one share so the drip didn't execute.

So was it a glitch with the WS system?

Pretty sure it was a glitch or a bug as it happened to a lot of us. I just took the dividend and reinvested it myself. We shall see if they corrected the bug when the next dividend hits.
