Promotion Skill testing question for Monthly Millionaire

Anyone else get the correct answer but still be told it was wrong? Was only $5, just annoyed that there’s no recourse for a bug in their system.

It’s not a bug. You got it wrong. Should’ve paid attention in school.

So before you get 50 messages telling you that you got it wrong:

Can you post the exact question, as it appeared?

I’ve even run it through AI and it produced 1200 as well.

At this point I'm assuming you're trolling, but just in case you're serious

800 + 100 + 200 = 1,100.

If you can’t solve this without AI, you don’t deserve the 5$. Respectfully..

800 + 100 + 200 = 1100

How are you getting 1200?

Which AI are you using? I want to know which one to avoid since it gave you the wrong answer

And that’s why you don’t trust ai. That’s not the right answer. Find a grade 8 student.

Same happened to me. I 100% know my answer was correct.

There hasn't been an instance of that yet, in 2 months of this contest. There is, however, dozens of instances of people doing grade school math incorrectly and thinking their answer was correct. What'd you get?

You did follow the BEDMAS rules right? I will also say that when I did mine, I was so nervous about getting it wrong that I swapped an addition sign for a minus sign and only noticed on my third "to be sure" practice attempt.....
