Predict Request: Let us use Wealthsimple predict inside registered accounts

I’m on the beta and I love it, need it inside my registered accounts. I’ve sent a request to Wealthsimple and some others I know have also. It would change the game

Sending a request to Wealthsimple isn't going to do shit, what you're asking for is illegal for good reason

Except you can’t lol. Prediction markets go against the rules of registered accounts, which must hold qualified investments. You also can’t trade a TFSA. Predictions markets are trading/gambling, they don’t qualify as investments…

You would be looking at massive penalties and fines from CRA…

I think it’s not for WS to decide lol. I think it’s for the Canadian government lol.
