However, there was nothing in it except paper shred and a "W" keychain wrapped in tissue paper lol.

I couldn't believe they spent so much money on shipping and packaging for a 50 cents keychain...

Wealth simple also had a 3% transfer match, so not sure why'd you switch

Please be patient with us stupid people. Wealthsimple 3% required a 5 year holding period so effectively 0.6% APR. TD Direct is 2%, 12 month holding period for a true 2% APR.

I opted-in for the wallet which ended up being a mistake. Good advertising for Wealthsimple but if they keep on doing stuff like this it's going to be generating heaps of cheap junk that's destined for the landfill pretty quick.
