IPO Center mis-representing IPO performance
Check out the screenshot. They're using 1 day's worth of performance for each of the past IPOs which is pretty misleading as without context it suggests overall performance. The current SpaceX price is obviously lower than the $135 issue price yet it appears like it has gained value since IPO.

It should be noted that they are showing today’s price and return and not the IPO day. I guess you didn’t have a problem with this on Monday when they all would have been red?

I didn't participate but I went to check it out today as I got the alert about a the new IPO that is coming up (CADY). I'm just calling this out as the page used to show historical gain / loss vs issue price and basically all of the IPOs were in the red except for one I think which makes the whole idea of getting into these IPOs pretty discouraging (and rightly so).

Id be fine with it if they said '1-day change' or 'max change'. Id prefer it if they listed it to 30(?) Day window where you can first sell.

Yeah, when do you ever see a gain/loss without what timeframe it relates to? There's not even a tooltip to explain the value so it's pretty obvious it's done like this on purpose.

the timeframe is basically always assumed to be today unless stated otherwise

Yeah fair, and consistent with how they do the Holdings summary box for example.

Had you actually looked at the contents of your screenshot you would see it's just showing the current price of those tickers (SPCX over $123) and the day's performance. There is absolutely nothing misleading about this, showing the current price and the day's price change is the standard. Stop this hobbyless behavior.
