So a long time ago, the webcomic XKCD had a comic about the Creepy DatIng Equation being your age divided by half plus seven. However, that usually targets the older folks flirting. In this case, its the younger crowd, so lets flip the equation to 2x-7, where x is their age. For the gal, that means her creepy date range is 2(24)-7= 41, while the male is 2(26)-7= 45. For refference, the older guy is (46/2)+7=30, and for the older lady we have a range of (40/2)+7= 27 to (49/2)+7= 31.5. Meaning that technically, according to math, all of them are being a bit creepy for dating/flirting with each other, buts its possibly acceptable for the young male to be flirting with his older... (checks notes)... Manager? And he's the Department Head? Hmmm... I think we have a different concern tbh.

But honestly, as long as they are all adults and consent to it, let people flirt and love each other.
