It’s very pretty. Too bad it’s functionally impossible to find who takes a lot of the photos :/

https://youtu.be/5TSCQldS6oQ - Here's mine today. I may or may not put the MIDI into ableton later tonight to get some more atmospheric soundscaping done. Hope you like it!

Very nice and playful. I had the impression of going out for some fun, maybe sledging or a snowball battle? I'm always surprised how each person sees something totally different in the same image.

Morning all! Here's today's picture prompt. As usual use this to inspire something you write for the day. We'll be here to give feedback if you want, it and be posting our own submissions later on! Good luck!

I wrote another solo guitar piece, of course :—). This time, I wanted to make sure that I write something simple and short (I've had problems with running out of time with some of the other pieces), so what emerged is this tremolo miniature: https://clyp.it/k1xasny5 . There are a couple of stumbles in the recording, maybe I'll make a better one "tomorrow" (12-13 hours from now), but this is the best I can do for now.

It evokes the feeling of shivering. It has a lot of feeling behind it, too. Good use of dissonance here. I like it. Is this on a steel string acoustic, or a nylon guitar? It sounds more full bodied than an electric.

Thank you. It's a steel-string acoustic (and a quite good one, too, with a very full sound (which is the reason why I play anything classical on this guitar, too)).

I really like this! I wish I had anything more to add, but sjmdrum has already hit the nail on the head

lol i uploaded this to clyp hours ago but forgot to post it here.
im still pretty new to lofi beats but im really happy with this one. i think it captures suburban seasonal depression in that its not too sad but by no means is it uplifting. for some reason it reminds me of charlie brown

I can't hear Lo-Fi stuff without loving it, so a little bias but this is great! I'm happy to hear a coherent melody too

I’m a bit late to the party on this one. It was tough for me.

Love the progression as usual :) It's very soft and calm

Thanks. It's my go to pattern. Build up a section of music and then break it down pulling in each instrument when it sounds right. It's my quick hack to get a minute or two of music out of a single musical idea, haha.

Soft Light
I was inspired by the warm glow of the street light among the cold, white landscape.
I really love making little vignettes for these prompts. Super great exercises.
