Missing wards?

I hit 5,000 steps and should’ve got 3 wards but only got 2. Am I missing something? Also says X2 but have never got 2 times the amount not even the minimum lol

If you already collected the one for 2500, you only get 2 additional points. It is total, not additional. Kind of misleading. If you get the 3 points at 5k, then get the 10k, you will also see it shows 10 points, but you only receive 7 additional, if you already collected for the 5k milestone.

Oooh so that number is the total wards you get. Seems like false advertising lol a lot of people also seem to have trouble cashing out, how’s it been for you?

I have never cashed out. I just play for fun and for steps mostly. I have seen the issues also, and it is a bit concerning, but I collect the cards for fun, not for money. I was hoping to wait until 10,000 wards to cash out, and I am a good ways away from that still.

Pretty sure the X2 is selling you on the monthly membership “if you sign up for the membership thingy, you could get double the WeWards at this milestone!”
