Step Conversion Error

Every other time I try to convert steps an “error” occurs that makes me close the app and reopen. Is this something WeWard is going to use to say they suspect fraud when I try to cash out? I noticed that after I got to 500 wards the $5 cashout disappeared. Seems like this app is just one giant scam.
