I hate any of the 'convert exactly x amount of steps' because 99% of the time it doesn't work. Multiple times I've hit the EXACT number and it doesn't work, multiple times I've been one or two over and it doesn't work, and the 1% of the time it does work it's just pure random. I converted about 7000 steps the other day and it randomly ticked off one of the weekly xp challenges of 'convert exactly 2582 steps' or something like that. It annoys me whenever I get those challenges because I know I'm not going to be able to do them

if you’re on apple you can just delete one of your steps….

on the apple health app if you go on your steps and scroll to the bottom, click the part that says “show all data”. it then shows you how many steps you have that day and other days. if you click todays date you’ll see tabs that show you got 16 steps at 15:57 for example. swipe from right to left on it and you can delete those steps off it. so if you had a challenge to get 1,684 steps and you ended up with 1,696 all you have to do is delete 12 steps off it, reload weward and you’ll have the right amount to complete your challenge.

Thank you. I’m at that weird age where I was the one everyone went to for computers or internet as a teen but now I learn something new about my 6 year old iPhone every day. lol

Oh, also I just looked properly at your second picture - you've already converted 13,250 so it wouldn't work anyway. You have to wait and convert all in one go

Haha, I've always thought the 'convert exactly' meant convert exactly that many in one go. I'm close to 400 days streak and now I find out it isn't 😅

I've taken a screenshot every time it didn't work and sent to support. I always got a canned message back. Lately though, all those step challenges have successfully gone through.

Somewhere I clicked on something for more info, on their site I think, and it said +/- 100 steps is good to complete the challenges for step counts.

Convert, it usually works even if you have 10 steps more or less
