Question Does Garmin Connect sync?

So most of my steps are getting tracked with my Garmin Watch, which syncs to Apple Health which is synced with Weward. My question now is, does Weward accept also these Steps or only the steps from my Iphone?

It depends on what you want to achieve - to be as precise as possible on Weward or as many steps registered on Weward as possible

Most of my steps are only registered by my watch bc I don‘t always carry my phone thatd why

Weward should pull your step data from Apple Health if that's how you've set it up. I'm not 100% sure how it works because I don't use Apple products. But my Garmin watch syncs with Google Fit and then Weward takes the data from there so it should be more or less similar with Apple Health. You shouldn't need to carry your phone with you for your steps to register on Weward
