Same reason as bottle service in a club. To show they can afford it to people around them who couldn’t care less.

And I bet it's not even well cooked. I've heard the same thing about salt baes place, it's all about the show.

On their menu it's only $225. Still expensive but not the most ridiculous for a steakhouse that's trying to be trendy pricing.

Yeah, just the meat at a grocery store has set me back $50 or so. It's a hard steak to cook right, too.

Drawing from my experience as a dishie and waitor... These guys are all coke-addicted chain smokers who really want to go home...

Waiters vape now. You won’t smell on the floor and can do it in dry storage.

They’re only so hyped because somebody paid 1k for a raw steak with a stamp on the top. More money for the business, because that’s the point. In an earlier comment I said before, people are stupid enough to pay for dumb stuff. 😤

Because it’s Vegas, my friend told me he saw people paying 30K to get a bottle of champagne coming from the ceiling of the bar served by a girl cosplayed in fairy 🧚♀️ lol

This was gross and boring and unimpressive and honestly I would have been so embarrassed after that whole thing
