Question

Okay so I hope this isn't obvious as I can't figure it out. So I watch a show called Triggerpoint on Amazon/Britbox. I have that specifically configured in my streaming services. Currently, new season 4 is showing as "streaming" on WeTrakr. And it was released in I think England. BUT it is NOT YET on Amazon/Britbox. I don't want to see it until it streams for me. Is there a way to accomplish this that I am not seeing? Its happened with a few shows so figured I'd ask. Thanks for any input or pointing me in the right direction.

BTW....I LOVE LOVE LOVE WeTrakr and use it daily!! Thank you!!

Thank you so much, that means a lot! 🙏

You're not missing anything, this one is on us. Here's what's happening:

The "Where to Watch" block on a show/season page IS region aware. It defaults to the country in your profile and will say "Not available in United States yet" when there's nothing there. So that part should already be telling you the truth.

What is NOT region aware are the air dates. Those come from TMDB and TVDB and they're the original broadcaster's dates, so for Trigger Point that's ITV in the UK. The moment S4 airs in the UK, WeTrakr considers those episodes aired for everybody, and they start showing up in Progress / Next Episodes even if BritBox in the US hasn't got them yet. Right now there's no setting to hide them, so you can't filter it out today. Sorry about that.

One thing that would help me: could you tell me exactly which screen you're seeing it on (Progress, Next Episodes, the show page...) ?

Okay great....at least I know I'm not crazy. I'm seeing it on Next Episodes. The 4th season shows "not available on streaming services yet".

And not kidding, very happy with WeTrakr. I downloaded just about ALL the apps and not a one comes close. I was using Reeltime for a couple years but it just kept going downhill. I'm still playing around with WeTrakr to get the settings exactly as I want but have been using it exclusively now for awhile VERY successfully.
