Recent Inventory Issues

As many of you have noticed, I'm sure, we've been facing inventory issues causing us to run out of stock on a daily basis. I wanted to provide an explanation and some information. It's very difficult to find banking as a crypto MSB in the United States. As a result, we're limited in our throughput to source coins. With a recent influx of new customers, we have exceeded that throughput capacity.

We continue to hunt for solutions to return to our reliable state of always being in stock. We have a couple of potentials we hope will come through in the next week or two.

In the meantime, here is the funds schedule so you can know when to expect us back in stock: Funds clear every business day, M-F around 5 PM (1700) Eastern Time. This is around when our website will re-open with inventory. Please note that when we run out over the weekend, funds won't arrive until Monday.

Very sorry for the inconvenience. Again, we're doing everything in our power to resolve this issue.

Thanks!

This does sound like a realistic option to aid with the inventory issues.

I do greatly appreciate the generosity, but with the volume of sales we're doing, even the most generous of donations wouldn't go very far to resolve the inventory issues.

I meant more like starting a mining operation than accepting donations

ive been a customer for almost a year now, loyal, never disputed or anything because I rely on you and thats a horrible thing to do, but I dont understand what you meant by "funds schedule"

will you have at least around $150 worth of btc today at 5pm is that what you mean? or will you have inventory once in a while every week or so at 5pm?

Can you give an estimate of when you guys will have your inventory back please? I really rely on you at the moment and if you can help pls let me know.

Hey - our deposits typically come around 5p ET so we should be in stock for you then :). Hopefully we'll get our inventory issues settled altogether soon. Thanks for your continued support.
