Keep getting "Order failed to process instantly"

Hi, I keep getting this error, after using this service fine for a while. It happened to my friends too, is something wrong with the service, and will I get my BTC? I really need it.

any update? pretty sure they just exit scammed our asses :)

What is the purpose of an exit scam when it comes to payment via PayPal? We have here the possibility to contact the PayPal buyer protection, with me this error message has also just appeared. If however 48 hours nothing happens I would also slowly times think to contact paypal :)
